After wiping down each surface using industrial strength, CDC-approved disinfectants, they use an aerosol fog machine loaded with another sanitizing solution. According to Kennedy, he is deploying OSHA-certified technicians, who are trained specifically to deal with hazardous conditions. <!--more--><br \/>\nHe said while they are equipped to handle the situation, these services were not the norm for them in the past.<br \/>\n\u201cWe have done some disinfecting and sanitizing, but not much\u201d said Kennedy. \u201cOver the past two months, we have done 50-100 cases, some positive and some non-positive. And [we\u2019ve] cleaned 20-30 essential businesses.\u201d<br \/>\nNormally, KPM Restoration specializes in water cleanups, mold remediation, sewage losses and disinfection and sanitization of buildings. They also provide fire restoration and rebuilding services.<br \/>\nTheir services are available to both residential and commercial clients. However, because of the need for such services in the current climate, Kennedy said they now intend to offer cleaning and disinfecting services to clients when businesses open back up in New York state.<br \/>\n\u201cI want people to know that when this is done, we are offering cleaning services to disinfect and sanitize people\u2019s businesses once a week at low rates to make sure the customers feel safe.
