Saratoga County will soon be home to one of the largest auto parts facilities in the area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Napa Auto Parts retailer and distributor Jeff Shorr Jr. said a 15,600-square-foot retail and wholesale distribution center in Milton will be constructed for $3.5 million. It should be completed next year.<\/span><\/p>\n Munter Enterprises of Middle Grove will construct the building.<\/span><\/p>\n The project was awarded $420,000 in tax incentives for the project from the Saratoga County Industrial Development Agency.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe are excited to put down permanent roots in Saratoga County as it is home to our largest store locations and the vast majority of our employees. We should be into the new facility in early quarter one of 2022,\u201d said Jeff Shorr Jr., president of Saratoga Auto Supply.<\/span><\/p>\n The facility will be located at 352 Rowland St., across from Milton Town Hall.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span>The brake, filter, oil and engine parts supplier\u2019s expansion will be constructed on a vacant 3.1 acre plot. Shorr said they will look to have a total of 30 employees working out of that facility by the end of 2022, including a combination of sales, office, technical support, warehousing, and delivery personnel. <\/span><\/p>\n He said he chose Saratoga for the location because he believes it is not only a great region, but he recognizes it\u2019s steady growth since first opening in the area in 2014.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cMany more employers are expanding into this region and we have seen significant business growth in and around Saratoga County.\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Saratoga County is also home to the largest volume of our wholesale B2B customers.
