Morgan, Citigroup and Credit Suisse are acting as active book-running managers for the proposed offering, the company said. Deutsche Bank Securities, HSBC and Jefferies are acting as additional book-running managers for the proposed offering. Baird, Cowen, Needham &amp; Co., Raymond James, Wedbush Securities, Drexel Hamilton, Siebert Williams Shank and IMI \u2013 Intesa Sanpaolo are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"s2\"><!--more--><\/span>The company said copies of the preliminary prospectus, when available, may be obtained from: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u2022 <\/b>Morgan Stanley &amp; Co.
