The elevated casual dining restaurant overlooks the 18th green, infinity pool, and owl pond. The Porch is surrounded by fresh herbs, planted and grown by the Green Bed Project.<\/p>\n<p>It is open daily for lunch and dinner, dessert, cold and crisp refreshers, and Sunday brunch.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hours of operation are weekdays from 11 a.m.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>to 9 p.m.; weekends from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and brunch until 2 p.m. It will be open through mid-October, weather dependent.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Walk-ins are welcome.<\/p>\n<p>The outdoor bar is open daily at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a special feeling here that can\u2019t be matched anywhere else\u201d said general manager, Heather O\u2019Neill. \u201cPrime at Saratoga National saw a need for a new, modern restaurant &#8230; a way to bring guests back to Saratoga National with a new, more upscale casual dining experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"s2\"><!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/b>She said the menu is inspired by creating unique experiences with friends and family through cocktails and shareable plates. It includes an assortment of fresh, creative salads and appetizers, fruits de mer and shareable steam pots.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There are also classic main dishes like lobster club, wagyu smashed burger, BLT Kobe dog, steak frites and fried chicken sandwich. Something fresh for local and new patrons. The same menu is available for lunch and dinner all day.<\/p>\n<p>The Porch offers an airy bistro feel with hints of greenery.
