She has more than 40 years of retail banking experience and previously served as board member for Hope House and Literacy Volunteers of America.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Snow has a bachelor\u2019s degree from Russell Sage College and currently lives in Clifton Park.<\/p>\n<p>Yrsha oversees the retail banking network, business services including cash management and municipal banking, retail lending, small business lending and business development.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He has more than 17 years of diversified banking experience. He is active in his community serving as vice chair of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Council of Business Advisors for the Lake George Association, and Warren County Local Development Corp.. and Lake George Regional Planning Board loan review committees.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He is a graduate of Castleton State University and the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2013. She has more than 35 years in the financial services industry and currently lives in Gansevoort.<\/p>\n<p>In her Wealth Management role, Norman oversees the investment, trust and retirement services departments. She has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. She has a bachelor\u2019s degree from Siena College. She lives in Schaghticoke.<\/p>\n<p>Segrell oversees the company\u2019s indirect lending program with auto dealers. He has more than 30 years of experience with the company in customer service and lending.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Segrell has a bachelor\u2019s degree from SUNY Plattsburgh. He volunteers with Tri-County Literacy as a tutor and lives in Queensbury.<\/p>\n<p>Sullivan oversees the residential mortgage lending department. She has more than 35 years of experience with the company primarily in credit administration, consumer and residential lending operations.<\/p>\n<p>Sullivan serves on the boards of HomeFront Development, counties of Warren and Washington Industrial Development Agency and Civic Development Corp., and is an active member of the Zonta Club of Glens Falls.
