Participating builders in this year\u2019s event were Belmonte Builders, DSG Construction and Remodeling, Kodiak Construction, Trojanski Builders and Witt Construction.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s awards were announced at the a presentation and celebration event held on Oct. 19.<\/p>\n<p>Awards categories and winners were:<\/p>\n<p>In the executive Home Awards category:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Realtor\u2019s Choice Award, Executive Home:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Kodiak Construction.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Executive Home, Favorite Kitchen: Kodiak Construction, Curtis Lumber &#8211; Heather Bodnaryk.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Executive Home, Favorite Master Bath: Trojanski Builders.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Executive Home, Favorite Interior Decorating: Kodiak Construction, Old Brick Furniture &#8211; Kaitlynn Johnson and Nicole Conlin.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\"><b><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"s2\"><!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Executive Home, Favorite Outdoor Living Space and Landscaping: Trojanski Builders, Sunshine Landscaping \u2013 Rich Mollnow.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Favorite Executive Home, winner: Trojanski Builders; Runner-up: Kodiak Construction.<\/p>\n<p>In the Luxury Home Awards category:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Realtor\u2019s Choice Award, Luxury Home:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Witt Construction.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Luxury Home, Favorite Kitchen: Witt Construction<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Luxury Home, Favorite Master Bath: Witt Construction.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Luxury Home, Favorite Interior Decorating:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Witt Construction, homeowner Augusta Martin.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Luxury Home, Favorite Outdoor Living Space and Landscaping:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Witt Construction, Staucet\u2019s Landscaping and Nursery.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 People\u2019s Choice Award, Favorite Luxury Home, winner: Witt Construction;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Runner-up, DSG Construction and Remodeling.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, this year featured a \u201cWomen in Trades\u201d shed build on the first Saturday of the event, where 9th and 10th grade female student teams from six area high schools built six 4&#215;8-foot lean-to sheds. The schools were Corinth, Greenwich, Northville, Mechanicville, Schuylerville and Stillwater. The sheds were sponsored by CTE\/BOCES, Curtis Lumber, DA Collins Companies, Hoosick Valley Contractors, LeChase, Teakwood Builders, United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Whitbeck Construction and Witt Construction.
