Indulgence has four employees, including Gaertner: bakers, a decorator, and someone to take orders and look after the online business.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the baked goods, Indulgence has a coffee station. Seating is outside on the patio where there are four chairs and a ledge to perch on.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\"><b><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"s2\"><!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>The store sits back off the street and can be accessed in a walkway beside the building behind Wasabi Restaurant &amp; Bar, whose address is also 63 Putnam St. Gaffney\u2019s is across the walkway from the bakery.<\/p>\n<p>Gaertner grew up in Schuylerville and returned to the area after a career in the corporate world living in Boston. She said that she \u201calways had a passion for baking\u201d and wanted to do it full time. At the moment, there are no plans for expansion.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ll do this for a year or so and see how we feel after that,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Indulgence Bakery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
