The Johnstown-based construction company presented the check at Make-A-Wish Northeast New York\u2019s J. Peter McPartlon Wishing Space in Saratoga Springs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery child deserves to experience the transformative power of a wish,\u201d said Scott Lewis, Chief Operating Officer of The Wesson Group, during the presentation. \u201cWe\u2019re proud that our contribution will help create life-changing moments for these children and their families, bringing them hope when they need it most.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The donation builds on The Wesson Group\u2019s significant impact in the region. In 2024 alone, their support helped grant four wishes, including a Walt Disney World Resort trip for a twelve-year-old with cystic fibrosis, an accessible swimming pool for a five-year-old with epilepsy, a shopping adventure for an eight-year-old with cystic fibrosis, and college-tuition assistance for an eighteen-year-old with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><span class=\"\"><b><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"s2\"><!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>\u201cThe Wesson Group\u2019s continued generosity demonstrates their deep commitment to our mission,\u201d said Jamie Hathaway, President &amp; CEO of Make-A-Wish Northeast New York. \u201cTheir support has helped transform the lives of six local children facing critical illnesses, creating moments of joy and hope that extend far beyond the wish itself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The check presentation took place at the newly opened Dr. J. Peter McPartlon Wishing Space, located at 92 Congress Street in Saratoga Springs.
