The Saratoga\u2013North Country Continuum of Care (SNCCoC) has launched \u201cMyths Hurt. Facts Help.\u201d to combat stigma around homelessness and elevate data-driven solutions across Saratoga, Warren, Washington and Hamilton counties.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo effectively address homelessness, we must begin with facts,\u201d state SNCCoC Co-Chairs Lindsey Connors and Amber Beaudet. \u201cWhen stakeholders and the public have access to accurate, transparent data, they can support strategies that work.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThis campaign aims to shift the narrative from blame to understanding, from isolation to inclusion,\u201d said Joan Spector, MST, lead of the SNCCoC Planning Team.<\/p>\n
