Sperry’s and Brunch. They go together like cinnamon and sugar, champagne and orange juice, and well, lunch and breakfast! Good news for everyone in Saratoga! This match made in heaven is coming this weekend alongside of something special for Sperry’s…
Sperry’s is celebrating their one year anniversary under their new owners, Christel and Colin MacLean this Thursday from 5PM to 7PM with some complimentary hor d’oeuvres and cocktails. The restaurant located at 30 ½ Caroline Street has been in business since 1932, but this week’s celebration lauds the first anniversary of Sperry’s change from a good restaurant, into a great one.
This transition is especially evident in the creation of their new brunch menu. Chef Dale Miller has created some truly spectacular creations including the Hangtown Fry: eggs, bacon and oysters served with cheddar jalapeño grits, or the Baked Cinnamon Pecan French Toast, topped with a banana caramel sauce.
The first brunch will be served Saturday, July 16, and promises to be a scrumptious affair. The best part about Sperry’s new brunch though, is that will be served year round! We can’t guarantee you won’t be fighting crowds to get to this delicious meal, but you can try the menu outside of track season!
Head to Sperry’s every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm. You can enjoy your meal indoors or outside in the tropical garden courtyard!
Sperry’s is the place to be this weekend! Will you be there munching on sticky bun or sipping a bloody mary? Are you excited brunch will be available year round?
