The Hudson River Community Credit Union is generously giving back to the community. The Saratoga Regional YMCA Corinth branch recently received a donation of six HP computers and accessories from the credit union.
The new additions will be placed in a computer room utilized by participants of the Y’s Teen Fit Program.
The program, sponsored by the Saratoga County Youth Bureau, is aimed at at-risk adolescents and provides these 10-17-year-old youths with a free and voluntary after-school program.
According to the press release, “Hudson River Community Credit Union’s contribution has enabled us to increase our services in Corinth,” asserts Jim Letts, CEO of the Saratoga Regional YMCA. “through free swimming lessons for children and a beautiful, new computer room.
“This organization’s generosity is helping us to reach more community members and make a difference in many lives.”
HRCCU was established in 1954, and specializes handling the specific financial needs of local businesses and neighbors.
