There have been rumors and chatter on the Skidmore blogs and Facebook (saw it on Skidmore Unofficial first) that Bruce Springsteen (aka “The Boss”) and his son were on the Skidmore College Campus on Tuesday, the 18th of October. Did anyone catch a glimpse of them?
While I’m not a Skidmore Student… and I don’t think I know anyone who
is anymore… it’s still exciting to think that Springsteen and his son
were touring the campus. It’s always fun when stardom visits Saratoga
Springs.
Springsteen’s son, Samuel Ryan Springsteen, is just about college age (18
years old in January), and Skidmore has some great programs to offer,
not to mention the appeal of the city itself. I’m assuming IF the boss
was, in fact, touring Skidmore this week (remember, this rumor is still
unconfirmed), I’m betting it was Samuel who was with him as the
prospective student, so to speak.
