The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) will be making some changes to give guests a better experience at their events.
Guests will be seeing a newly renovated 2,000 sq. ft. bluestone “Patron’s Terrace,” new siding and a new pre-show video in the amphitheater.
The Patron’s Terrace, which is scheduled for completion in early May, will replace the existing Patron’s Tent located near SPAC‘s Charlie Gate entrance at the Northeast side of SPAC’s lawn. Established in 2007 as a hospitality area for SPAC members at the “Patron” membership category and higher, the Patron’s Tent has become a popular gathering spot for members before performances and at intermission.
New in 2012, SPAC will bring the inside of the amphitheatre to life before performances by screening on a new 15 x 26 projection screen, video shorts of coming attractions, behind-the-scenes interviews and footage, and artist profiles, all with the goal of enhancing guests’ experience and highlighting the breadth of SPAC’s programming.
Guests at SPAC are sure to have an improved experience from the renovations and improvements.
