The popular local restaurant group DZ Restaurants (which owns Chianti, Forno, Boca Bistro, Pasta Pane) just launched a new charity program called Raising Dough: Social Responsibility in 2013.
DZ Restaurants has always been big on charity (having raised nearly $100,000 through their past efforts), and they typically donate 30% of sales on the day of a featured organization’s event. But this time, in addition to that, they are offering 10 charities the opportunity to earn up to $1000 more.
And guess who gets to decide which charities win? YOU get to vote on 3 local charities you think are most deserving! Read on to learn how…
Between today, March 11 and Monday, March 18, you will have the opportunity to vote for the three charities you would like to win using this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/raisingdough
(Psssst! Don’t forget to share the link with friends!)
Once all votes are in, they will be tallied, and the 10 organizations with the most votes will receive some extra “dough” from DZ Restaurants.
And even if your picks don’t make it, there is still a chance you could be the one lucky voter who wins a $250 donation made in their name to the Non-Profit Organization of their choice.
Besides being a cute little play on words, Raising Dough is a great way to give back to the local community, and we commend DZ Restaurants for their generosity. Tell us which charities you’ll be voting for!
