Looking for advice from an experienced Mom on how to keep your kids healthy?
As a new mom, I’m always searching for information on the healthiest options for my baby. I was beyond excited to see a new blog on Saratoga.com called Healthy Kids Blog with tips and tricks for keeping your little ones healthy, safe, and natural, as well as beauty tips for Mom.

Sara’s first blog post is a helpful list that all parents can use, especially now that the kids are approaching summer break. It’s a kid’s DIY snacking list that answers the inevitable question, ‘Mommy, What Can I Have to Eat?’ The snack list offers a comprehensive list of snacks broken down into 3 categories: healthy anytime snacks, sometimes treats, and junk food.
Examples of healthy anytime snacks include:
- grilled cheese on Ezekiel bread
- tomatoes with sea salt
- peanut butter and honey sandwich
- chicken/cheese whole-grain quesadillas with guacamole
