Broadway in downtown Saratoga gets a new tenant, Capital District’s Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany law firm.
Three lawyers who graduated from Albany Law School and currently live in Saratoga County are bringing their business home. Jeffrey Anderson, Peter Moschetti and David Taffany have all practiced in the Capital region for decades and over the years have earned the AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating available for outstanding achievement in legal ability and professional ethics). But never before has law firm Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany been so close to home.
Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany opened on October 15 in its new office on 358 Broadway in Suite 206 at Merlin Development’s Granite Palace Building. This will be the second address for the firm, who also has an address in Latham, NY.
“Those individuals and families in need of representation in personal injury and criminal cases now have a local office to go to discuss their case,” said firm partner Moschetti, who is a longtime resident of Saratoga Springs.
Known mostly for specializing in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, Anderson, Moschetti and Taffany have achieved record-setting verdicts in upstate New York. They have successfully settled thousands of cases involving motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, premises defects and construction site accidents. Attorneys Peter Moschetti and David Taffany also have a highly successful record defending individual and corporate clients in criminal matters, government investigations, and criminal litigation in local, state and federal courts.
“Our firm has for many years been recognized as one of the top personal injury law firms in upstate New York – this expansion makes our attorneys accessible to even more people who can benefit from our representation,” says Moschetti.
Anderson, Moschetti and Taffany have worked together for more than 25 years and are happy to be back home and able to open their doors to the Saratoga community.
