Saratoga Springs oozes elegance and charm; from its unique boutiques that line the streets to the delicious cuisine that can be found on any corner, Saratoga is definitely the place to be. This Spring, Saratoga will welcome a new hotel that will further enhance this town’s beauty and prestige: The Pavilion Grand. The new hotel will be opening in the upcoming months and promises to be all you could hope for (and more).
A virtual tour of the Pavilion Grand is featured on YouTube and it is awesome to say the least. The feel is ornate yet modern, immediately giving off a “lush” vibe. The hotel fits perfectly on the beautiful streets of downtown Saratoga and is exactly what you would expect to see nestled in its brick walls. The first Pavilion Hotel was built in 1819 and this time around the Pavilion Grand wants to pay homage to its roots; with classic twists that tie into Saratoga’s rich history and contemporary living spaces this place is nothing short of first-rate.
The hotel will feature “spacious, state of the art, elegantly appointed accommodations including loft suites with rooftop gardens and terraces, balconies, in room laundry, walk-in closets and rooftop meeting and event space.” Whether it is for business or for pleasure, for just a night or an entire week, this hotel seems like it has both luxury and practicality.
The hotel will be located just one short block from Broadway (named one of America’s Top 10 Main Streets) and is also in close proximity to Albany as well as the “North Country” regions like Lake George. Guests will be able to catch a concert at SPAC, visit the Saratoga Race Track, eat a gourmet meal, shop, golf, or visit the museum in one day! The Pavilion Grand has hit the jackpot of addresses with its prime location to so many great attractions.
We will have to see for ourselves once the new hotel opens, but from the sounds of it the Pavilion Grand will be right at home in Saratoga Springs.
