Snow is melting, coats are shedding and patios are FINALLY opening up… this could only mean one thing: spring in Saratoga! Get outside and enjoy both the weather and the amazingness that is Saratoga Dining. We hope you aren’t hungry because you definitely will be after reading our list of must-try dishes this spring.
Tostada del Mar
What screams spring more than fresh Mexican food and margaritas to sip on? Cantina serves up this delicacy that’s perfect for a warm, sunny day. The tostada features a warm tortilla topped with seared scallops, lobster, shrimp and finished off with an avocado-jalapeno crema. We can’t think of a better dinner to enjoy on their Broadway patio.

General Tso’s Pork Wontons
The patio at Druther’s is always filled during spring, and with good reason! Great beer, awesome food and a fun outdoor atmosphere are what people flock to, especially in the warmer months. Make sure to try these wontons from their spring menu. Perfect for sharing or just grabbing a quick bite to eat, they look pretty delicious to us!

French Quarter Bouillabaise
Spring is the perfect season to swing by any farm to table restaurant. The Mouzon House, however, is our favorite. Their bouillabaise is a perfect dinner to sit back and enjoy on a warm spring night. It’s made up of shrimp, mussels, crawfish and finished with garlic tomato, white wine broth and just a touch of saffron.

Spanish Flatbread
This flatbread is pure heaven. Covered with shrimp, chorizo bilbao, shishito pepper hummus, smoked paprika aioli and idiazabal cheese… it’s the perfect combination. All you need is a glass of Sangria and your sunglasses for the patio at Boca Bistro and you’re good to go!

Pear & Walnut Salad
For lighter fare, try this awesome salad at Jacob & Anthony’s. It features mixed greens, pears, red onions, blue cheese, walnuts and a balsamic vinaigrette. Take a seat anywhere on their huge patio or cozy up to one of their outdoor fire pits once the sun goes down.
