The Saratoga County Kids Care Club was created in 2012 with the mission of developing compassion and inspiring elementary and middle school children to volunteer in their communities. Their goals include equipping and mobilizing youth to take action that changes both themselves and the world through service and to help adults promote civic values in their homes and schools.
