The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association has announced the 14th Annual Saratoga Springs DBA Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, October 31st from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Get the scoop on this always popular fall event:

The Fall Festival, a celebration of autumn and Halloween, will kick off on October 31st at 11:00 AM in the City Center, where the winner of the “Create Your Own Costume” coloring contest will be announced.
The fun will continue all day on Saturday throughout downtown Saratoga Springs, including the pumpkin roll down Caroline Street, a rock climbing wall, pumpkin decorating, face painting, balloon animals, traveling magicians, a costume parade and more!
The Collamer parking lot will have Dream Ponies and a petting zoo from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. There will also be live music by Lifeline, Rich Bala, Seth & The Moody Melix, Matthew Boyce — an Elvis Tribute Artist, and Keller & Cannon along other areas of Broadway.
Cudney’s Cleaners will have a pumpkin bean bag toss, Halloween magnet crafts, trick or treating and a “Coats for Kids” collection and distribution from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the intersection of Broadway and Division Street.
Don’t forget about the Costume Parade! It will kick off at 3:30 PM from the City Center, proceed down Broadway and end in Congress Park. The Department of Public Works has donated their time so kids can take a carousel ride for free!
