1. Calendar Girls presented by Home Made Theater
Friday, April 22 – Sunday, April 24
Calendar Girls tells the tale of best friends Annie and Chris, who resolve to raise money for their local hospital by creating an “alternative” calendar. Home Made Theater will present three productions of the show this weekend at the Spa Little Theater.
2. Earth Day Volunteer Opportunities
Friday, April 22 & Saturday, April 23
In honor of Earth Day, help Wilton Wildlife Preserve & Park improve and maintain its habitats and trails! All ages are welcome to come and help out with conservation and trail-related projects on Friday and Saturday.
3. The Dancing Athlete Opening Reception
Saturday, April 23
Join the National Museum of Dance for the grand unveiling of its brand new exhibition, The Dancing Athlete, an innovative exhibit that will explore the inherent connections between dance and sports, and dancers and athletes. The free opening reception will include live music, demonstrations, hors d’oeuvres, and drinks.
4. Saratoga Invitational
Saturday, April 23 & Sunday, April 24
The 2016 Saratoga Invitational regatta will be held this weekend in Fish Creek. Racing will start at 7:30am on Saturday with the Women’s Varsity Quad, and it will wrap up on Sunday at 5:25pm with the Men’s Middle School Coxed Quad.
5. Chase Con Expo
Saturday, April 23 & Sunday, April 24
Chase Con Expo will take over the Saratoga City Center on Saturday and Sunday! There will be amazing talent in the form of celebrities and artists, as well as fun activities like panels, science fiction/fantasy, gaming contests, and more.
