Saratoga Springs is home to more than a few fan-favorite pizza places, but a recent development agreement will bring a popular fast casual pizzeria to the region – Uncle Maddio’s Pizza! Based in the NY-style of pizza, New York State’s first three Uncle Maddio’s will be coming to Saratoga County and the Albany area.

With nearly 50 locations across 15 states, Uncle Maddio’s is renowned for its fast casual service, which combines the speed of fast food with the higher quality ingredients of casual dining. Using its special fast bake ovens, around 200 pizzas can be baked per hour!
What makes Uncle Maddio’s stand out in the fast casual restaurant industry is its made-to-order pizzas. Although customers can order specialty pizzas, make-your-own pizzas are available for about $8 each. Options include three types of crusts, six sauces, 27 vegetables, and 15 meats.
Not only does Uncle Maddio’s provide customers a wide range of choices for their pizzas, but they are all made in the NY-style with a hand-tossed thin golden crust – a consumer favorite.
Despite its NY-style pizzas, Uncle Maddio’s hasn’t had the opportunity to open a pizzeria in New York State yet. That’s about to change thanks to a development deal with franchisee Rajesh Parihar, which will open the state’s first three Uncle Maddio’s pizzerias in Saratoga County, Albany County, and the City of Troy.
At the moment, there is no timetable for the opening of these three new pizzerias. However, when they do open, families, college students, and everyone else will be welcomed to come and enjoy delicious pizza.
If you love great pizza and fresh ingredients, then get ready for Uncle Maddio’s!
