Internationally renowned farm-to-table chefs are ready to serve Saratoga Springs! The Pitney Meadows Community Farm will be hosting the first ever “Fire Feast on the Farm” on August 1, and you’re invited. Watch the professional chefs and their support crews cook in live-fire pits, listen to live music by area musicians, and get your tastebuds ready for exceptional food prepared using locally-sourced ingredients where possible!
Fire Feast on the Farm will feature five live-fire pits. In addition to the celebrated chef and support crew, each pit will have its own bar directed by a mix of prominent national and local bartenders who will pair a cocktail with that pit’s dish. Each station will also feature a vegetarian/vegan dish, and many of the vegetables diners will taste throughout the evening will be grown on the Pitney Farm.
Among the guest chefs and bartenders who will be in attendance are:
- Matt Lightner
- Alex Harrell
- Jaime Young
- Joel Viehland
- Francis Derby
- Daniel Burns
- Eamon Rockey
- Chase White
The new “high tunnel” at PMCF will serve as the event space and can hold 300 guests for the sit-down dinner. General admission tickets for this farm-fashionable dining event are $200, and the evening will run from 6:00PM – 10:00PM on August 1.
Are you ready to have some of the most talented chefs from Copenhagen to San Francisco treat you to an evening by the fire?
