Looking forward to this year’s Special Olympics Saratoga rUNDEAD? Make sure you’re aware of the changes to the format! This year will feature a competitive treasure hunt/geocache event between the zombie and human teams. Registration opens at 12:30pm.
Monster Scramble 5K/10K – Saturday, October 14
Have a blast at a Halloween-themed, chip-timed run through one of Liberty Ridge Farm’s spooky sites. If running isn’t for you, you can choose to stroll along the 1-mile trick-or-treat walk route and collect some Halloween goodies.
17th Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge to Benefit Saratoga Bridges – Saturday, October 14
Take a trip over to Saratoga Spa State Park on Saturday for the 17th Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge! This is a benefit run for Saratoga Bridges, and it will feature a 5K and a 10K through the beautiful park. There is also a fun run for kids 12 and under. Feel free to wear your Halloween costume!
Fun Autumn Festivals
Waldorf School Autumn Festival and Open House – Saturday, October 14
Check out Waldorf School’s Autumn Festival and Open House on Saturday from 11:00am-3:00pm. This family-friendly festival is free to attend, and there will be a wide range of activities and entertainment to enjoy, such as cider pressing, face painting, live music, crafts, and more.
PEAK Fest 2017 – Sunday, October 15
Stop by the Saratoga County Airport for PEAK Fest 2017 on Sunday! This community fall festival is free to attend and will feature games, prizes, raffles, local vendors, food trucks, and more. This year, the festival will benefit Double H Ranch.

KT KIDS Consignment FALL Sale – Friday, October 13
The Katrina Trask Nursery School will present their fall consignment at the American Legion in Saratoga Springs this weekend. On Friday, the sale will be open to the public from 3:00pm-8:00pm, and there will be great deals on winter coats, snowsuits, boots, costumes, toys, games, and more.
Antiques Show – Saturday, October 14 & Sunday, October 15
The National Museum of Dance will host their annual Antiques Show this Saturday and Sunday starting at 10:00am. Over 50 vendors will be displaying their wares, and you’ll find everything from jewelry to glass, fine art, and postcards. Admission is just $6.

Peter and the Starcatcher at HMT – Saturday, October 14 & Sunday, October 15
Home Made Theater at the Spa Little Theater will present “Peter and the Starcatcher” starting this weekend. Based on the novel by Dave Berry and Ridley Pearson, the play is a wild and funny grown-up’s prequel to “Peter Pan.” Tickets are $29 for adults and $26 for students/seniors 65 and older.
Stand With Puerto Rico: A Benefit Concert – Saturday, October 14
Swing over to One Caroline for a Stand With Puerto Rico benefit concert on Saturday! This fundraiser will include live music and stand up performances by Katherine Gauthier, Travis Stealey, and more. Admission is free, but donations will go toward the United For Puerto Rico Project.
Benefit Concert at The Inn for The Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico – Sunday, October 15
Join the Inn at Saratoga for a special benefit concert for The Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico this Sunday at 5:00pm. The music lineup includes Dock Solberg and The Sun Mountain Band, Tim Wechgaeler and Chris Carey, and more. Tickets are $30.
