The National Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is the place to go to learn about the exciting history of thoroughbred racing. You can explore photographs, trophies, paintings, and other items that show a side of the racing industry many of us wouldn’t otherwise get to see.
Now, racing fans will have even more chances to enjoy all the museum has to offer through their free admission days and special promotions for 2018.
The free admission days include: the last Sunday of each month, each Friday from 2pm to close, and Wednesdays for seniors ages 55 and older.
There will also be a buy one, get one free holiday promotion – get one free admission ticket with each paid admission on Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day.
And finally, there will be a Veterans Day Special, where all active military and veterans get in free on November 11th (all other tickets will be buy one, get one free that day).
“One of the biggest goals of the museum is to share all the positive aspects of the sport of thoroughbred racing and showcase the achievements of its greatest participants with as many people as possible,” Cathy Marino, Director of the museum, said in a statement.
