This shopping extravaganza provides progressive hourly savings of 50% on merchandise from 6:00am-7:00am, 40% from 7:00am to 8:00am, 30% from 8:00am to 9:00am and 20% from 9:00am to close. If the early Black Friday rush isn’t for you, then maybe Small Business Saturday is! On Saturday, many small businesses in Saratoga and beyond will offer discounts and deals throughout the day. It’s a great opportunity to support these small shops and find holiday gifts at the same time.
Browse an amazing selection of handmade jewelry, specialty food items, and other crafts at the 43rd Annual Saratoga Holiday Craft Marketplace. The Saratoga Springs City Center will be packed full of vendors selling potential holiday gift items. Admission to the marketplace is $5 for adults, and children under 12 are free.
Visit the Eden Compton Studio and Gallery on Beekman Street in downtown Saratoga for their Holiday Art Show and Sale. The show will feature artworks from Matt Chinian, Eden Compton, Rita DiCaprio, and other artists. A wine and cheese reception will take place at 5:00pm.

Artisanal Brew Works in Saratoga Springs will celebrate the holidays this weekend with a special Balsams and Beers event. With the purchase of a fresh Christmas tree, you can enjoy a complimentary beer on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you stop by on Saturday, you can celebrate Family Day with the brewery, which will include a visit from Santa, small gift vendors, and more.
At Ellms Family Farm in Ballston Spa, it’s become a tradition for Santa Claus to parachute onto their Christmas tree farm to kick off the holidays. Bring the kids and watch as Old Saint Nick makes his grand entrance on Saturday at 2:00pm (weather dependent). You can also begin your hunt for the perfect Christmas tree.
Join in the festivities at Salem’s 26th Annual Holiday Parade this Saturday at 1:00pm. Santa will arrive at the end of the parade to greet all the children. If you come early, you can participate in an Elf on the Shelf Scavenger Hunt at local businesses from 10:00am-2:00pm.
