Just imagine – your artwork hanging in the National Museum of Racing! Here’s how that can happen and when you need to submit your piece.

The National Museum of Racing has announced an open call for submissions by artists to create an original panoramic work for the Museum’s Race Day Gallery that will be part of the new Hall of Fame Experience, set to open in July 2020.
The piece must be able to be resized to fit a space 8 1/2 feet tall by 77 feet, 10 inches wide. The style and subject matter is open to the artist, but it must exude the excitement and vibrancy of horse racing.
Artists need to submit their work no later than August 15th. The Museum will announce the winner later that month.
The Museum reserves the right to reproduce the original work of the chosen piece, including for print and memorabilia signs, although the copyright of the chosen submission will remain with the artist. Any reproductions will include an appropriate credit line and/or the artist’s signature, and the gallery will showcase a biography of the artist.
