Get ready to explore some of the most beautiful new homes in and around Saratoga Springs. The Saratoga Builders Association is hosting its 24th annual Saratoga Showcase of Homes, highlighting the building techniques, interior designs, and furnishings of ten homes. Get inspiration for your own new home or renovations, or just take the opportunity to peek into some stunning houses in the area.
Participants can step inside the ten houses on the tour on September 14-15, 21-22, and 28-29. Tickets are $20 and are valid for all three weekends, allowing visitors to visit in whichever order they like and return to any houses they want to see again. Open house hours are from 11 am to 5 pm on all six days.
Upon arrival at your first stop, you’ll be given a free tote bag (it doesn’t matter which home you begin your tour at). Visitors will also be able to vote for their favorite houses using ballot boxes located at the showcase homes.
Nine builders will be showcasing their work this year, including Belmonte Builders, Bella Home Builders, Witt Construction, DeGraff-Bloom Custom Builders, Kodiak Construction, Bonacio Construction, BDC Group, Heritage Custom Builders, and McPadden Builders. The houses are scattered across Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa, Ballston Lake, Wilton, Malta, and Gansevoort.
Tickets can be purchased either online or at numerous locations throughout the region, including at Roohan Realty, Rebuilding Together Saratoga Store, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and the Curtis Lumber locations in Ballston Spa and Queensbury. Tickets can also be bought at area branches of Adirondack Trust, Saratoga National Bank, Trustco Bank, and Catskill Hudson Bank. If you can’t get your tickets ahead of time, however, you can also buy them upon arrival at any showcase home.
Proceeds from the weekends will benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties. Since its inaugural event, the Showcase of Homes has raised more than $1 million for charities.
