Looking for a fun new Saratoga hotspot where you can enjoy amazing cocktails and dance the night away? You’ll want to check out the latest edition to Saratoga Springs’ nightlife scene, The Night Owl, which just opened on Saturday, October 5.

The new hotspot specializes in cocktails, and uses seasonal ingredients and house-made tonics to craft their rotating selection of 12 on-tap concoctions. They also serve wine, beer, and shots, and feature a late night happy hour with special $2 beers, $7 cocktails, and $5 well drinks. If you’re feeling hungry, The Night Owl lets its guests order amazing eats from Tatu, a tequila bar and kitchen that occupies the second floor of the building.
The Night Owl’s vibe takes inspiration from Art Deco and Old Hollywood, with plush banquettes to relax in, beautiful tiger eye wooden tables, bookcases that hide secret passages, gorgeous wallpaper, and images of famed clubs. The new venue has two rooms for guests to enjoy. The front room features a dance floor and nightly music from popular DJs, where you can spend the evening dancing with friends.

The back room is a sophisticated salon where guests can enjoy sipping creative craft cocktails while lounging on plush seating and taking pictures in the hidden photo booth. There’s even an entrance that harkens back to the days of speakeasies. At midnight on Saturdays, the back room will host an eclectic array of performers, including sword swallowers, contortionists, and burlesque dancers.
“Separating the rooms gives people the choice to decide whether they feel like dancing or lounging, which is great, because no matter what room they choose to spend their time in, they’ll have a phenomenal drink in their hand,” said owner Matt Pedersen in a statement.
They’re now open Thursdays through Saturdays from 7 pm to 4 am, and those 22 and up are welcome to come and spend a night out in style.
