Looking for one last way to give back to the community before 2019 officially comes to an end? Saratoga Arts is searching for volunteers for their 24th annual First Night celebration, which attracts more than 10,000 visitors to Downtown Saratoga Springs, making it the second largest New Year’s Eve celebration in New York State.
First Night Saratoga 2020: A New Dimension will take place on the evening of Tuesday, December 31 at over 30 live performance venues in Downtown. More than 250 volunteers will be needed to answer questions, promote safety, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
If you’ve never volunteered for First Night Saratoga before, this is a great opportunity to start a new tradition! All volunteers will receive training during a 1 hour mandatory session on an evening before the main event.
In exchange for their service, volunteers receive a few perks:
- All volunteers: a First Night Saratoga admission button and commemorative poster
- Area Managers and Site Captains: a First Night Saratoga admission button, commemorative poster, and membership to Saratoga Arts
