The Saratoga Holiday Craft Marketplace Goes Virtual
Traditionally held at the Saratoga Springs City Center, the Saratoga Holiday Craft Marketplace has gone virtual so everyone can shop safely at home. Visit the virtual marketplace on their website and browse local crafters offering art, holiday decor, woodworking, clothing, and much more.
Saratoga Clay Arts Center Presents Holiday-Themed Clayfest
Clayfest is a new exhibition that will be on display in Saratoga Clay Arts Center’s Schacht Gallery and in their online shop from November 21, 2020 – January 16, 2021. The exhibition includes functional and decorative works by clay artists from around the country. Stop by the Arts Center or explore the show online and find a unique holiday gift to purchase.

Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Beatlemore Skidmania at Home

Beatlemore Skidmania, the annual concert featuring Skidmore students’ reinterpretations of Beatles songs, will take place virtually on Friday, November 20. The concert will be free to watch online, and t-shirts can be purchased to benefit Skidmore Cares, which supports community organizations in Saratoga County.
Explore New & Current Exhibits at the National Museum of Racing
To showcase the history of the Breeders’ Cup and the Eclipse Awards, the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame has opened a new Champions of Racing exhibit. Museum visitors can now explore a searchable race footage archive of every Breeders’ Cup race since the inaugural championship weekend in 1984, as well as view a historical listing of Eclipse Award winners by category on two touchscreens in the Museum lobby.
In addition, the museum has announced they are extending the special exhibition titled Women in Racing through December 31, 2021. The exhibition, which celebrates the role of women in every aspect of thoroughbred racing in America, is located in the McBean Gallery.
Local Restaurant Owner Begins a New Chapter

Although the popular Saratoga 5 Points Market & Deli unfortunately closed a few months ago, the former owner, Maura Pulver, has been hard at work preparing for the next chapter in her life. On Small Business Saturday, she’s expected to open Simply Food by Maura, a new restaurant in Wilton that specializes in everyday comfort food. Mark your calendar for breakfast, lunch, or a homemade takeout dinner.
Nani’s Indian Kitchen Brings a Taste of India to Ballston Spa
A new restaurant named Nani’s Indian Kitchen is planning to open soon in Ballston Spa, and they will be serving up delicious, authentic Indian cuisine. Look forward to a wide selection of lunch and dinner dishes, includes specialties from Hyderabad, India, the region where the owner’s family is from. Visit the Indoor Saratoga Farmers’ Market
Earlier this month, the Saratoga Farmers’ Market kicked off their winter season and indoor market at the Wilton Mall Food Court. This indoor market will be open every Saturday from now through April, 9:30am-1:30pm. 50+ vendors participate in the Saratoga Farmers’ Market, and all current COVID-19 protocols are in place.
