Enjoy Healthy & Delicious Smoothies at the New BARE Blends Saratoga

BARE Blends, an Albany-based smoothie franchise, recently opened a new location at 18 Congress Street in downtown Saratoga on Saturday, January 8. This plant-based and gluten-free smoothie bar is known for offering delicious and nutritious smoothie bowls, fresh smoothies and juices, salads, and more. Their hours of operation are currently Monday – Friday, 7AM-7PM, and Saturday – Sunday, 8AM-5PM, and pickup is available.
The Brick At 2 West Is Open and Serving Up Gourmet Pizza
Here’s another exciting restaurant announcement to know about! The Brick At 2 West, a new family-owned restaurant, opened earlier this month at 2 West Avenue in Saratoga Springs. The Saratogian reports that the menu features a mix of gourmet New York-style and thick Sicilian pizza, wings, soups and salads, sandwiches, and entrees. There are also vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, as well as daily specials you won’t want to miss.
Major Improvements Are Coming to Saratoga National Historical Park
The popular Tour Road at Saratoga National Historical Park is about to undergo a major improvement project thanks to $6.6 million in funding from the Great American Outdoors Act. According to Saratoga Today, this project will focus on increased accessibility and improvements to the various parking areas, trailheads and walkways, viewing areas, seating, and exhibits along the Tour Road.
Work is expected to begin this year, and park visitors can look forward to seeing new modern outdoor exhibits that will feature replica objects and updated historical information.
Ready to Go Ice Skating? Come to Moreau Lake State Park!
It’s been cold in the Saratoga area recently, and Moreau Lake State Park is happy to announce the opening of their new ice skating rink starting Saturday, January 15. The ice skating rink is located at the park’s beach, and it will be open daily from 10:00AM-3:30PM.
