A Specialty Marketplace Is Coming to Downtown Saratoga
Earlier this week, Chef Adam Foti, founder and owner of PDT Catering, announced in a press release that he plans to open a new gourmet marketplace in the former Price Chopper Limited Space at 55 Railroad Place in Saratoga Springs. The marketplace will feature a specialty grocery section, full service bar, private events, cooking classes, gifts, and home goods.
“We’re so excited to expand our brand with this new venture and bring our passion for food directly to downtown Saratoga,” Foti stated in the press release. “Our vision for PDT Market is to create a distinctive experience that transports people to another place and in the process transforms our community.”
Construction of the space is underway, and PDT Market is expected to open later this fall.
