Fall Into Fun at These Exciting Festivals & Activities

Bring the kids to Ellms Family Farm in Ballston Spa for a day of fun fall activities. Ellms is open this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00am-6:00pm, and their massive list of attractions includes corn mazes, ziplines, gemstone mining, a pumpkin patch, mini excavators, jump pads, apple cannons, a Pumpkin Express train, and more.

The Jump Into Fall Festival is a special celebration that will benefit both the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs and Pitney Meadows Community Farm. Come to Pitney Meadows on Saturday from 10:00am-3:00pm for a variety of interactive activities for kids, music and stories, demos, and more. Pre-registration is advised.
Fall Festival at Southern Saratoga YMCA

Don’t miss out on the Southern Saratoga YMCA’s Fall Festival on October 15 from 11:00am-3:00pm. Pre-registration for this free event is available on their website, and highlights will include food trucks, bounce houses, pony rides, a petting zoo, carnival games, and other family-friendly fun.
Get Spooked at Ghost Tours, Haunted Corn Mazes, and More

The final ghost tour at Yaddo Gardens is happening this evening starting at 4:00pm. Visitors should meet at the parking lot entrance for this spooky guided tour through the gardens. The cost is $10 per person, cash or check only.
22nd Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge
October 15
Do you love both running and Halloween season? Check out this Saturday’s Great Pumpkin Challenge 5K/10K in Saratoga Spa State Park, an annual fundraiser for Saratoga Bridges. There is no day-of registration, but you can register in-person today, October 14, from 12:00pm-6:00pm at Saratoga Bridges’ Administrative Offices (16 Saratoga Bridges Blvd, Ballston Spa, NY).

Saratoga Showcase of Homes Weekend 2
October 15-16
The second weekend of the popular Saratoga Showcase of Homes has arrived. Purchase your tickets and get ready to tour some of the finest homes right here in Saratoga County. The homes will be open from 10:00am-4:00pm each day of the event, and funds raised will benefit two local charities: Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.
