Happy new year Saratoga Springs! 2023 is upon us, and if you’re looking to celebrate all weekend long, there are plenty of fun things to do. Check out some of the event highlights below.
December 31 – January 1
Get ready for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration in downtown Saratoga! The Saratoga New Year’s Fest will feature live music and entertainment at multiple venues, food and drink specials, as well as a grand fireworks display at 6:00pm. A general admission badge will give you entry to all of the shows.
Don’t miss the final day of the Holiday Lighted Nights at the Washington County Fairgrounds. End the holiday season on a high note by driving through this dazzling lights display. Tickets are available online and at the gate.
December 30 – January 6
The festivities continue at Quick Response in Round Lake! Santa’s Playland is open to the public daily from now through Friday, January 6. It’s a fun way to spend New Year’s Eve weekend, so bring the family from 5:00pm-11:00pm.
Make New Year’s Eve a night to remember by attending The Saratoga Winery’s 2nd annual celebration. Tickets include an appetizer smorgasbord, late night munchies, a New Year’s sparkling toast, live music, and a beer, wine, and soda open bar.
Are you looking for an awesome New Year’s Eve celebration? Dress to impress at Vapor’s “Old Hollywood” party featuring glitz and glamour, paparazzi, and icons like Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Elvis, and Audrey Hepburn. Enjoy live music by Ten Most Wanted and a balloon drop at midnight!
Get some fresh air on Sunday morning by joining one of the two First Day Hikes happening at Moreau Lake State Park. There will be a 9:00am Nature Trail Hike and a 1:00pm Mud Pond Hike. Please sign up for your hike in advance by calling 518-917-2174.
Start the new year off on the right foot by running in the Saratoga First Day 5K! The race will take place in downtown Saratoga starting at the City Center, and registration is available online. This event is part of the new Saratoga New Year’s Fest.
