Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery’s Memorial Day Ceremony

Join the local community on Saturday at 11:00am for a Memorial Day Ceremony honoring those who served and sacrificed for our nation. This event will be held at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Ballston Spa Memorial Day Parade

The annual Ballston Spa Memorial Day Parade is scheduled for 9:00am on Saturday morning. Bring the family to watch the parade travel through the streets, and then visit Wiswall Park for a BBQ at the end of the parade.

Experience a weekend of folk music at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds! The GottaGetGon Folk Festival kicks off with a potluck on Friday night followed by music and workshops on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets will be available at the gate, and kids 18 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
Battenkill Runs Through It River Festival

Take a trip to Greenwich on Saturday for the Battenkill Conservancy’s annual waterfront celebration, the Battenkill Runs Through It River Festival. Hosted in Battenkill Riverside Park, this festival includes live music and dancing, food offerings, local beverages, and activities like fly fishing demonstrations, a kid-friendly scavenger hunt, and kayak and canoe rides. The weather is going to be perfect, so don’t miss out!

This Sunday, the Frederick Allen Elks Lodge #609 will host GospelFest in the High Tunnel at Pitney Meadows Community Farm. GospelFest is a free, family-friendly event that will include performances by The Heavenly Echoes, Milayne Jackson & Blue Train, Ray Agnew, Audrina Hill, and more from 2:00pm-5:00pm. There will also be refreshments and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream cups while supplies last. Donations to the Elks Lodge are always welcomed.
Hattie’s 16th Annual Crawfish Festival

Ready for some delicious food and drinks this holiday weekend? Come to Hattie’s Restaurant in downtown Saratoga for the annual Crawfish Festival. The fun begins at 11:00am with fresh crawfish by the pound, peel and eat shrimp, fried chicken, a raw bar, a pop-up mojito bar, and more. Reservations can be made for 6 or more people.
