Week 2 of the summer meet at Saratoga Race Course is underway, with many exciting races and special events coming up this weekend. Take a trip to the historic racetrack, and check out some of the other great events going on in the area too.
July 18 – 23
There are just a few days left of the 2023 Saratoga County Fair, so don’t miss out on all of the fun! This annual summer celebration features something for everyone, including amazing animal shows, tractor pulls, live music, delicious fair food, amusement rides and games, and much more. General admission is $15, while kids 12 and under get in for free.
July 21 – 22
Each summer, the New York City Ballet returns to Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) for a series of performances featuring new and classical works. If you’re looking to attend the ballet this year, then here are the events and dates you need to know:

Saratoga Shakespeare Company: Twelfth Night
July 19 – 22
Experience a memorable performance of Twelfth Night, Shakespeare’s timeless comedy of love and loss, mistaken identities, and siblings reunited, at the Alfred Z. Solomon Stage in Congress Park. Twelfth Night is presented by the Saratoga Shakespeare Company, and admission is free.
Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center at the Spa Little Theatre
July 23
The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center’s summer residency in Saratoga Springs continues this Sunday with a performance by The Miró Quartet. This acclaimed string quartet is recognized as one of the finest ensembles in the world, and audience members can look forward to an eclectic program that showcases their talent and virtuosity. The Miró Quartet’s concert is scheduled for 3:00pm on Sunday at the Spa Little Theatre.
Summer Concert Series in Congress Park: Skippy and the Pistons

Head over to Congress Park on Sunday night for the next event in the annual Summer Concert Series. This weekend, Skippy and the Pistons will perform live at the War Memorial in Congress Park beginning at 7:00pm. The rain location will be the Heritage Area Visitor Center.
