17th Annual Hudson Crossing Park Cardboard Boat Races

Do you have what it takes to make history? Find out at the 17th Annual Hudson Crossing Park Cardboard Boat Races. On-site boat building begins at 8:00am at Fort Hardy Park in Schuylerville, and the races will kick off at 1:00pm. Registration forms are available on Hudson Crossing Park’s website, or you can just come watch the races for free.

The Philadelphia Orchestra’s summer residency at SPAC continues this weekend with two more can’t-miss performances. On Friday night, join Philadelphia Orchestra and music director, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, for a Rachmaninoff 150th birthday celebration. Then, on Saturday night, experience both “The Rite of Spring” by Igor Stravinsky and John Luther Adams’ “Vespers of the Blessed Earth.”

The annual Markets at Round Lake is a highly anticipated showcase of the region’s best and brightest modern makers and artisanal specialty food vendors. Be prepared to explore and shop all weekend long. This year’s event will include a Makers Market, a Food Market, a Book Market, and live music on both days.
Performing Arts at the Common: Stormfront

Plan a trip to the Clifton Common Stage on Sunday night for a free concert by Stormfront. Based out of Key West, Stormfront is a 5-piece radio rock and party band that performs all your favorite hits from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s.
