I believe that naturopathic medicine (NM) can provide resources to help to alleviate some of the profound, negative effects from current events on society’s emotional well-being. Essential oils are a wonderful modality that blends perfectly with this form of integrative and mind-body medicine and the five naturopathic principles.
For this reason, I am excited to announce my new two-part video series on essential oils for brain, mood, and hormonal balance!
This new series is intended to take you on a journey to achieve emotional calmness and hormonal harmony. My hope is that it will make you more mindful of the impact of emotions on the body and aid in preventing negative, downstream physical effects from chronic stressors.
Participating in this series also offers the following resources:
-additional videos on using essential oils to enhance wellness
-a webinar on how to green your home using essential oils
-information and tips on getting started with essential oils
-my weekly naturopathic and functional medicine blog
-updates on upcoming group programs
My passion is to empower individuals to achieve their health goals and educate others on the benefits of naturopathic medicine and essential oils to optimize their own wellness.
I hope you enjoy the series.
