
As the hot summer rays fade into cool autumn night in Saratoga, NY, summer events are wrapping up as festive fall activities begin. These fun times of live music, delicious dining, meetups, and more can be found on the Saratoga event calendar.
Yet, this shift in our seasons doesn’t just lead to changes in offerings around Saratoga, NY. It also signifies the return to school and an adjustment for kids, parents, and educators in their schedules and routines.
Many struggle with these changes, particularly children with neurodivergent or behavioral disorders. Without proper support, tension from global events, social media distractions, safety concerns, and technological advancements can worsen mental health and negatively affect everyone’s emotional, mental, and physical health.
This is why I believe it’s essential to provide additional supportive, integrative, mind-body methods alongside standard psychiatric care. Previously I offered various holistic resources to help support parents’ and children’s resiliency and mood balance during times of transitions.
