🌿 A More Grounded Conversation Around Brain Health
The people of our Saratoga community are increasingly aware of the importance of intentionally prioritizing wellness, mindfulness, restorative practices, nature exposure, movement, and more integrative approaches to health. Whether it’s walking through Spa State Park, seeking moments of calm along the hiking trails, or becoming more intentional about movement during the day with a quick walk along Broadway, there’s a growing recognition that whole-body wellness, brain health, and nervous system health are deeply connected.
Between packed schedules, constant stimulation, disrupted sleep, and the pressure to always stay “on,” more people throughout Saratoga are beginning to see how deeply the strains of modern life impacts focus, mood balance, energy, and cognitive wellness—often overriding their best intentions.
Practitioners, parents, students, professionals and my naturopathic and functional medicine clients are navigating this world of digital distraction, mental fatigue, and overstimulation and finding it more difficult to achieve the level of wellness they desire. This is even when the foundations of health are in place.
This is why conversations surrounding brain fog, burnout, nervous system overload, stress physiology, and emotional resilience have grown significantly within both wellness spaces and everyday life. It is also what led me to explore how common and persistent clinical patterns—such as stress physiology dysregulation, cognitive overload, nervous system imbalance, and inflammation—could be addressed at a broader population level.
I am aware that not everyone has access to a naturopathic or functional medicine provider, and there is a need for more sustainable and effective approaches to brain and body wellness. As a result, my Brain Health Reset Program was born.

With our society’s increasing focus on health perfection and “healthism,” achieving brain wellness can often feel like a lofty goal. Currently, there are many fear-driven programs centered on the anxiety of cognitive decline. While many offer step-by-step guidance, they often involve overwhelming, unrealistic protocols that can create more mental distress than relief.
My approach is simpler and more accessible.
It focuses on supporting underlying physiology, addressing root contributors to brain imbalance, and restoring nervous system regulation.
And it is grounded in realistic, restorative practices that help support the brain and body in a sustainable way. Through this program, my guest and I guide you through a four-week transformational process that doesn’t just provide information—it supports real, embodied change.
