
With the celebrations and festive events in full swing in Saratoga NY, many are feeling the excitement leading up to the holidays. Unfortunately, along with the cheer and good tidings this season can stir up, it can also spike stress levels.
On top of the challenging global events and everyday hassles, the additional shopping, gatherings, and preparations for gatherings can trigger people to feel overwhelmed. As a result, mental resiliency can take a hit.
These compounded stressors can negatively impact the brain and body leading to an array of body-wide symptoms. This can trump the good times to be had from Saratoga shopping outings and holiday events.
