
American Thanksgiving gives people a chance to pause, appreciate what they have, and spend time with loved ones. Families and friends gather to share a delicious, generous multi-course meal as a symbol of life’s abundance. Unfortunately, holidays can also bring challenges, making it hard to embrace the season. In fact, life can sometimes feel so overwhelming that we run the risk of missing out on enjoyable Saratoga fall events and festive winter activities. However, setting aside time for fun might be exactly what we need to help decrease stress and improve our mental well-being.
In my last video post, I discussed how changing our perspective for the better can ease discontent, feelings of lack, and disconnection. Adopting this more positive mindset can also transform our negative mood into gratitude and help us to recognize with more clarity the gifts we have available to us by living in this historical hotspot of Saratoga NY. These insights can help us to participate in our city’s year’s end events with more joy and appreciation.
An effective tool to aid us in promoting this transformation of our thoughts is essential oils. I recently highlighted a blend of oils to enhance an abundant mindset.
