Move for Life

How important is moving?  Well without it we slowly die, yes die!  Proper and regular movement of your body's joints are criticle for you to be alive... 
Nerve pathways must be maintained telling your brain that you still want to move and move well.  It's just as necessary as eating well and brushing your teeth.  As chiropractors we are interested in proper spinal motion so there is no disruption or interference between your spinal cord and the rest of your body.  That's why we see patients that want help with chronic ear infections, sinus issues, back pain, headaches, etc...  There is always is a dysfunction of the body when nerves are interfered with.  With this in mind I have added postural strengthing exercises for all my blog followers to our website. www.aacfamilywellness.com  I emplore you to visit our site and print off these exercises.  They will help your posture and help You Move Well for Life!

Dr. Michael M Quartararo grew up in Rotterdam and spent many summers in Saratoga Springs having family picnics in the state park. He graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa , the first and largest chiropractic college in the world. While in college, he received specialized training in pediatrics and family wellness care. He has been certified in Erhardt X-Ray training, EMG studies & performance, and animal chiropractic.
