The Wellness Doc

NO!!!  That's how short the answer should be.  However, with the media constantly telling us it's the best thing to do I must give a longer answer than that.  First let me say this is the classic example of "outside in" sick care versus "inside out" healing.  Your body has been fighting the flu for centuries.  The flu is not new and your bodies ability to fight it is not new either.  This innate ability to heal and stay healthy is making a comeback however.  More and more people are choosing to live healthier lifestyles.  Exercise, eating better, vitamins, stress management, and having a health coach (like a wellness chiropractor) are all becoming commonplace.  This is the way to combat the flu.  Give your body the tools it needs to stay strong and fight off any and all infections.  Proper body function has and will always fight the flu.  When you or your family start to feel ill this season, make sure you are giving your bodies everthing they need.  When in doubt contact your wellness doctor.  He/she will check your body and find whats lacking in your lifestyle.  They won't add harmful drugs or chemicals that have side effects and cause your body to function differently than it was intended to.  They will only improve body function so YOU can fight off viruses and bacteria and heal yourself.  ALL DRUGS HAVE SIDE EFFECTS!!  Improving body function with proper diet, exercise, and regular chiropractic adjustments to improve nerve system function NEVER has side effects.  Visit to learn more.  Remember before you just follow the masses and inject you and your family with harmful toxins, educate yourself and have faith that given the right environment, your body can do wonders and keep you healthy.  Until next time, Be Well!
