A weakening cold front will cross the region today with continued cloudy skies and a few lingering showers, but chilly temperatures will linger through the weekend. High temperatures will struggle to get out of the 40’s well into early next week!
Despite the cold, the weather will gradually improve as high pressure returns to the region by late Saturday into Sunday with some sunshine and drier conditions returning. With recovery efforts continuing from Hurricane Sandy, some sunshine will certainly be welcome!
