Saratoga Springs NY welcomes another tasty addition to their diverse family of chic downtown restaurants – Javier’s Nuevo Latino Cuisine!
Owner Javier Rodriguez, a Costa Rica native and experienced restaurateur opened the downtown Saratoga Springs restaurant with Chef Brian Bowden, bringing their unique and imaginative dining campaigns together to form a whole new level of fine dining.
On the menu? Well for starters, how about Wild Ceviche or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake while waiting on your Fresh Linguine with fresno chiles, machego, and parsley…or your Maine Lobster with yellow tomato, avocado, mango and basil?
