Have a wild imagination? Use it to win big! The 174th Annual Saratoga County Fair invites everyone to participate in the Lego Contest at the fair on Wednesday, July 22nd. This year, contestants will be able to create their own fair and use legos to build animals, buildings, rides or whatever their imagination dreams up to coincide with the theme of “A Day at the Fair.”
This year, the prices are family four-packs for the Museum of Innovation and Science and additional cash prizes from ITT Technical Institute. The total value of the prizes is $500 and will be divided between the five age categories.
There is no entry fee to the Lego Contest with your paid admission to the fair. All entries must be labeled with your name, age and title of your masterpiece. the age categories are four to six years old, seven to nine years old, ten to twelve years old, thirteen to fifteen years old and family.
Lego creations should be brought to the Saratoga County Fair Talent Pavilion/Family Center between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22. The fair creations will be judged and on display until 4:00 pm by the Saratoga County Fair Education Committee.
