As you may have heard, Capriccio Saratoga recently closed its doors for the final time. However, there are exciting new plans for the space that are sure to please! Get the scoop:
Danny Petrosino, one of the partners in Symphony Catering and formerly chef at Maestro’s at the Van Dam, will transition the Henry Street location into Osteria Danny in the very near future!
The restaurant can seat 48 people which Petrosino has told the Albany Business Review is the “perfect size.” The space has been repainted and a new bathroom has been put in. Soon to come are a large blackboard to display the menu, a family style table and other décor.
Osteria Danny will be open just for dinner service and the menu will feature homemade pasta, small plates and Neapolitan pizza. Dishes will range from $8 to $28. Keep in mind that items will change regularly as Petrosino told the Albany Business Review, “I find it boring to have the same menu.”
Best of luck to Petrosino, we can’t wait to check out Osteria Danny!
