1. Gennaro’s Pizza Parlor – 46 Marion Avenue
In the early 1900s, Italian immigrant Gennaro Lombardi opened the very first U.S. pizzeria in New York City. Today, Gennaro’s Pizza Parlor carries on the tradition set by Lombardi. Dine-in, carry-out, or have a pizza delivered to you.
With its wood-fired brick oven, Gennaro’s offers Old World Pizza made with your choice of size and toppings. Not only that, but there is a wide selection of wood-fired specialty pizzas available as well! Try the Pizza Alla Vodka, the Quattro Formaggi (4 Cheese), or The Gennaro!
2. Harvest & Hearth – 251-B County Route 67
Harvest & Hearth is a relatively new pizza place in Saratoga, but since opening its doors in 2008, it has supported local & organic farming communities and created a fantastic selection of artisan pizzas. Stop by and have a seat near the wood-fired brick oven.
The pizzas at Harvest & Hearth are made with organic flours, Saratoga spring water, and other fresh local ingredients. Be sure to check out the The Natural, Sammy’s Free Range BBQ Chicken Pizza, or the seasonal Fiddlehead Pizza.
3. Mama Mia’s Pizza & Cafe – 185 Ballston Avenue
Mama Mia’s is a family-run Italian restaurant featuring pasta dishes, entrees, and of course, hand-tossed gourmet pizza. With great food and a cozy atmosphere, this pizza place is a great place to go with the family.
All of Mama Mia’s pizzas are made to order and baked in a brick-oven. From Stuffed Pizzas to the House Special Meat Pizza, the menu is perfect for all kinds of pizza lovers.
